Refund policy

At gnashers, we take pride in crafting premium oral care. Every tube is carefully checked before shipping so it arrives fresh and in perfect condition for you.

Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of toothpaste, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

We only accept returns if your product is: 

  • Defective or damaged in transit 
  • Expired upon delivery 
  • Incorrect or not what you ordered

If any of the above applies, please contact us at care@gnashers.in within 24 hours of delivery with your name, order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide return or replacement instructions if applicable.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be borne by gnashers if the item was defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
